The studio is easily accessible by public transport with Essendon train station and bus stop across the road and street parking also available.

Meet you at the Barre
Stephanie has been an Xtend Barre addict since the first studio opened in Melbourne in 2012. Having graduated with a bachelor degree in Human Nutrition in 2008, Stephanie decided to leave the corporate world and fuse her passion for food and Xtend Barre by opening her own studio. Stephanie looks forward to spreading the Xtend Barre love to the inner west of Melbourne and hopes others fall in love like she has!
Originally from Perth, Francesca has always had a passion for dance, starting ballroom and latin at the age of 5. Francesca has a Bachelor degree in Contemporary Performance from ECU/WAAPA and has danced competitively, reaching many WA state and national finals in her level in Dancesport. Always having a keen interest in health and fitness, Francesca was drawn to the strong dance element of Xtend Barre and loves the full body workout and is very excited to be combining her passions of dance and fitness instructing Xtend Barre.
Growing up in a family of dancers, Alexandra developed a passion for performing at a very young age. With 12 years of training in the Cecchetti method of classical ballet, she has a strong foundation in dance. Alexandra has also performed at a variety of prestigious events and on television shows, including Carols by Candlelight and a performance for His Holiness the Dalai Lama. After completing year 12, Alexandra spent a year travelling and working before beginning her Osteopathy degree. It was during this year that she discovered Xtend Barre and immediately fell in love with it. Alexandra loves seeing her clients experience the amazing benefits of the Xtend workout in their own lives.
Sheridan’s love for dance and musical theatre began at age two when she started training at Isolation Performing Arts Studio. Sheridan has also studied in New York at Broadway Dance Center with some of Broadway’s finest choreographers. Some professional career highlights include West Side Story, Pippin and traveling with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a dancer and aerialist.
Sheridan immediately fell in love with this full body workout as it combines her passion for dance and fitness. With 10 years experience of teaching dance, Sheridan is now excited to be instructing Xtend Barre and helping clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Originally from country Victoria, Julia moved to Melbourne to undertake an Advanced Diploma of Dance at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet. Having now moved on to studying visual arts, she wanted to find a way to continue to incorporate her love of dance and fitness into her life, and so she discovered Xtend Barre, falling in love with it immediately. Julia is excited to be able to share her love of the workout with other Xtend devotees, and to inspire and help them to achieve their personal fitness goals.

Jessica has always had a passion for dance, starting classes at age 4 and continuing to dance throughout her school age years. She studied several styles of dance throughout this time with ballet being her favourite. Jessica first started taking Xtend Barre classes when the Essendon studio opened in 2014 and instantly fell in love with the workout, as it combines her love of ballet and fitness, strengthens and tones the body while also increasing flexibility, and is so much fun! Jessica is excited to have the opportunity to share her passion for Xtend Barre and support clients to reach their fitness goals.
