Owner, Chloe Dallimore, comes from a long history of Pilates instruction and professional dance. Her aim was to create a workout destination, where your fitness regime is a positive, supportive and fun experience. Xtend Barre Eastern Beaches is the only Xtend Barre studio in Australia to also offer small Pilates Reformer Group and Private classes, with our small team of highly trained and experienced instructors. Chloe and her team look forward to welcoming you to Xtend Barre Eastern Beaches for your total fitness and wellness experience.
Chloe is the owner of Xtend Barre Eastern Beaches and is the Xtend Barre International Director of Training. She is one of Xtend Barre’s Master Trainers in Australia and New Zealand.
She attended her first Xtend Barre class in Sydney, Australia in late 2010 and was immediately addicted. Six months later she became an Xtend Barre instructor. Twelve months later she was honoured to be asked to become a Teacher Trainer. For the past 18 months, Chloe has had the joy of working with and mentoring the most stunning women across Australia and New Zealand. Every question a training instructor asks, reinforces Chloe’s passion for, and belief in, the Xtend Barre method.
Prior to joining the Xtend Barre family, Chloe trained in classical ballet from an early age. A severe arm injury whilst studying dance performance in London, lead her to the Pilates Method. Her own rehabilitation via Pilates inspired her to commence training as a Pilates instructor with Alan Heardman in London.
For the past 15 years, Chloe has had parallel careers, running her own business, Head Over Heals Pilates, whilst also pursuing a career as an award-winning leading lady of Musical Theatre in productions such as Chicago-The Musical, The Producers and The Addams Family throughout the UK, Australia and Asia.
She delights in combining her passion for theatre and Xtend Barre, finding both worlds constantly overlapping.
Caroline is a reknowned dancer and performer in musical theatre and dance, and is thoroughly committed to helping all who come through the doors at Xtend Barre Eastern Beaches achieve their optimum goals in fitness and health in a conducive and nurturing environment. Formally trained in classical dance, jazz and tap, Caroline has appeared in many musicals both here in Australia and also the United Kingdom, including Chicago, 42nd Street and Billy Elliott.
She also holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and is our infant massage specialist. She is also an Xtend Barre instructor when we can tear her away from her duties as the Studio Manager of Xtend Barre Eastern Beaches.
Caroline believes that Xtend Barre can help you achieve your goals and will do everything she can to make that happen!
Tiffany is thrilled to join the Xtend barre family! As a shy three year old, her parents got her involved in dance, never knowing it would lead to a lifelong passion and worldwide pursuit. Hailing from the good ol’ USA, Tiffany has extensively trained in many styles of dance and graduated Summe Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Performing Arts in Dance Performance from a very prestigious university.
Upon graduation, she moved to NYC where she worked as a professional artist in many musical theater shows such as Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Hairspray, and Sweet Charity. Prior to leaving the city, she was working as a core dancer in reconstructing original Fosse choreography while working closely with Nicole Fosse herself.
Her career has taken her all over the world, but it is love for her Australian husband that has brought her to Sydney. Having loved and tried the many barre methods offered in NYC, she quickly found Xtend Barre and instantly was hooked. Tiffany loves the strength, flexibility, and challenge Xtend Barre gives her, but she mostly loves connecting with the amazing clients and instructors that Xtend Barre draws in. Her zeal as an instructor is to not only help people achieve their ideal health and fitness goals, but is also to encourage, inspire, and motivate them to love life and enjoy themselves. “We will work hard, but we will do it with a smile and have the best time ever!!! Can’t wait to meet you. God bless!”
Dance has been a part of Sian’s life since she was a 4 year old ballet student. She went on to study jazz, contemporary and tap and later taught younger students alongside her mentor of 10 years, Judy Tompsett at the Judy Tompsett School of Dance. With the encouragement of her family and mentor, Sian successfully auditioned at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts Dance School in London and was awarded a scholarship to attend. She moved from the UK to Australia in 2001 where she continued dancing, taking classes at Sydney Dance Studio.
It was the fusion of dance and Pilates which immediately drew Sian to Xtend Barre. She quickly became a part of the team and qualified as an instructor in early 2014. Sian hopes to bring knowledge and excitement to all her classes and looks forward to watching and being a part of the development of all her students.
Carrie is a qualified Pilates Instructor, Sports Massage Therapist and holds a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Science & Biology. After completing a Diploma of Sports Massage in 2005 she worked in London with a large variety of clients in all sports, before emigrating to Sydney in 2007.
Carrie started Pilates back in London to improve her strength and to decrease the risk of injuries from working in a very busy massage practice. Her love of Pilates grew from the positive effect it has on her body and the increased energy she gains from practicing Pilates for efficiency in her massage work. Pilates is an important addition for everyone to strengthen and lengthen the body from within to assist you in your daily life and improve your mind, body and soul.
Carrie completed her Diploma in Professional Pilates (Rehab) with Polestar Pilates in 2010. She believes strongly in continued professional development and attends various workshops and courses to expand her knowledge and experience in the world of health and wellness. Recent courses have been in Pre/Post Natal, Buff Bones® and she is currently training in Craniosacral Therapy.
Carrie loves to specialise in Studio Pilates with a focus on rehabilitation but also loves the energy a group mat class brings to the studio. Carrie brings her own unique personality to the class but keeps a focus on technique.
When out of the Studio and treatment room you will find her experimenting with cooking Paleo recipes and walking her dog Eddie. She loves to keep moving and believes in everything in moderation. Carrie practices Pilates, Yoga and loves a good Cardio workout like Xtend Barre.
Paola Raffinetti, originally from South Africa, began Pilates when studying dance in 2000. Pilates improved her performance, body awareness and enabled her to manage her injuries. Inspired by her own experience, she then went on to become a Pilates Teacher in 2001 while completing her degree in Dance Teaching. In 2006 Paola moved to London where she was given the opportunity to further her knowledge as a Pilates Teacher and continued her education with The Pilates Foundation UK.
Through her teaching Paola aims to bring each client a greater awareness of their individual movement habits and to remodel any faulty patterns. She focuses on promoting functional movement, self-awareness and understanding of each unique body. This has lead to Paola conducting workshops in conjunction with her Pilates sessions for those who want to further understand their body. These workshops gives a person tools to combat their aches and pains from running, cycling, Pilates, Xtend Barre or even from sitting at a desk all day at work. Relieving tension and understanding why certain areas ache or get aggravated creates a better mind body connection when pursuing other activities.
Paola is experienced at teaching clients of all abilities, and has a particular interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation, continually being amazed at how Pilates can assist in speeding up the recovery process. Paola welcomes working with any client, no matter what level or age and aims to keep her classes fresh, fun, interesting and challenging.
Bens background as a competitive gymnast and professional acrobat gives him a very focused approach to his 8 years experience in Pilate’s tuition.
With a performing arts background, his early career included scaling a 42 storey building in Sydney’s Circular Quay for the Olympic Arts Festival 2000 as well as participating in the Sydney Olympics Opening Ceremony as an aerial performer that same year. His appearance in the Blockbuster film “Moulin Rouge” as a tumbling stunt-double may have gone unnoticed as a flash across the screen in a fat suit!!
His progression into fitness and Pilates coincided with rehabilitating a chronic back injury caused by the demands of his acrobatic career as well as other various injuries. Consequently, now he has a very thorough understanding of addressing specific conditions of his clients.
His calm and polite nature is always focused on the clients needs and prides himself on providing a warm and welcoming environment in which his clients can achieve their goals.

Emma is both a yoga teacher and professional musical theatre performer. For the past 10 years she has toured with musicals such as Wicked, Annie, Dr Zhivago, and West Side Story.
Emma was introduced to yoga as a tool for calming and centering pre-performance whilst training at NIDA in 2003. Although yoga was part of her warm up routine for several years it wasn’t until she did her teacher training at Byron Yoga Centre in 2012 that Emma was introduced to the holistic and healing nature of yoga. During this time Emma was suffering from depression and anxiety and yoga became a tool that gave her more courage, peace, and love.
Having witnessed first hand the healing power of yoga, Emma believes yoga is for everyone and wants to help spread its gift to others. Emma specialises in a dance flow style of yoga that synchronises the breath with flowing movements and has a strong focus on graceful transitions.
