About the Studio
Xtend Barre located in Boca Raton, FL is a 3,200 square foot facility featuring two state of the art studio spaces. As the first corporate location and the company’s flagship studio, Xtend Barre Boca Raton will offer the full range of programming with over 70 classes per week, including the newest Xtend Barre classes: Circuit 7, Xtend Suspend, Fit Ball and Roll & Release. Located next to South Florida retail destination Town Center at Boca Raton Mall, Xtend Barre Boca Raton will be the first studio to feature the brand’s new architectural design and brand aesthetic.
We invite you to take a class with Xtend Barre Owner, Founder and Boca Raton resident, Andrea Rogers as well as our Director of Education, Laurie Alfano and other great instructors.

Studio Policies
- We can’t wait to meet you!
- Arrive 10 minutes early.
- Grip socks are required. You can bring your own or we have some for purchase.
- Bring a towel and water bottle.
- We have lockers, changing rooms, and restrooms available for your use.
- Entry into class is not permitted 5 minutes after the start of class.
- Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or are pregnant. They are happy to help with modifications throughout class.
- If you need to change your class, be sure to do so at least within the cancellation period.

XTEND BARREOur signature Xtend Barre class incorporates elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. No prior Pilates experience or dance training required. Just be ready to sweat!

Xtend StickThis class utilizes a Pilates stick with spring based resistance that is attached to the ballet barre. Like Xtend Barre, Stick has both an upper and lower body strength focus, plus cardio elements, but further challenges your core, balance and control due to the instability of the resistance.

Xtend PilatesAn intense and invigorating floor conditioning class based on Pilates fundamentals with an Xtend Barre twist!

Circuit 7Boot camps made fun! This high energy class is made up of 7-minute drills, programmed to build strength, burn calories and test your limits!

Xtend Barre DanceGet ready to dance! With a dynamic warm up, across the floor segments and choreographed dance routines, you'll learn to dance and be ready to star in your own music video and the best part is no experience is required!

Xtend Yoga FlowTraditional yoga is integrated with Xtend Barre creating an energy fueled class with just the right amount of strength and zen.

Xtend SweatA 25-minute express class designed to be our most intense class yet. The class utilizes a scientific formula that has been proven to burn a significant amount of calories in a short amount of time. Based on the principles of high intensity interval training, we've created our own sequencing to take this class to the barre and beyond.

Babies on BoardTone with your tot in a series of post-natal classes designed to give new moms a dynamic workout and give your baby a big bounce of laughter. Occasionally wearing your baby in a carrier, you can enjoy working out together!

Xtend FitballFind those deep stabilizing core muscles in this balance and stability class. Flow of movement, lengthening, and conditioning are also added for a fun twist to your training.

Xtend SuspendXtend Suspend utilizes the TRX suspension straps and your body weight to give you one of the best total body workouts ever! Fully adaptable to your strength and fitness level, you'll work every muscle in your body (and probably find ones you didn't know you had!) to challenge your strength, conditioning and balance. Men and women will be rewarded with extreme results.

Xtend Barre 101Master your form and technique in this back to basics class that will equip you with everything you need to perfect your Xtend Barre workout.

Pilates ChairA small group training class using the MVE Pilates Chair to create a unique and challenging way to build strength in the core, improve balance and increase muscle coordination and control. Chair classes are $25 for VIX members, $40 for non-VIX clients. If you do not have prior Pilates experience, you must take a 30 minute prive session as a pre-requisite to taking the class.

ReformerUtilizing the newest pilates reformer, Allegro 2, Xtend Barre takes your classic workout to the next level. Power, strength and cardio will be challenged with the moveable foot bar and memory foam jumpboard.

Andrea Rogers
Andrea is the creator and founder of Xtend Barre. She developed her lifelong love of movement and esteemed career as a professional dancer and choreographer while travelling the world with celebrity performers, dance companies, and most notably, as principal dancer for Walt Disney World Co. First introduced to Pilates for its therapeutic benefits, Rogers soon became a certified Pilates trainer, and in an effort to offer her clients variety and increase fitness benefits, she created her own innovative fusion of core dance and Pilates fundamentals. The response from her clients was fast and fierce– they loved it, and they wanted more. Andrea can be found in the studio teaching classes weekly and sharing her passion for Xtend Barre with her clients.
Laurie Alfano
Laurie has had a lifelong love for dance, through which she discovered Pilates and became a a certified instructor. After Laurie took her first class with Xtend Barre creator, Andrea Rogers, she was immediately hooked. Xtend Barre blended everything she loved about Dance and Pilates into 1 amazing workout. Laurie is now XB’s Director of Education and loves creating choreography and ensuring classes continue to be the best, most effective workout possible. She lives in Boca with her husband, 2 amazing children, and their dog, Sonny.
Sue Lucia
Sue was born and raised in London, England but now calls Boca Raton home.
Having spent her teenage years competing nationwide in gymnastics she knew the world of health and fitness would be her chosen path.
After obtaining nationally recognized certifications in fitness and health, as well as a degree in Fashion Communications from the London college of fashion, she took her talent and skills overseas.
From master instructor and trainer, managing teams of over 50 employees on several cruise lines in the fitness department, manager and recruiting director for regional and national leadership teams for nationally accredited boutique fitness companies, Sue’s 25 years in the fitness industry have been successful ones.
Always filled with passion and drive for her career, her 2 children ages 17 and 13 have followed in her footsteps and are both fitness buffs too.
With cross country running, travel baseball, softball and creating their own workout circuits in the garage, Sue and her children are always active and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Sue’s classes are filled with the same passion and drive for life and believes there’s nothing more gratifying than nailing a challenge!
Callie Friedman
Callie has had a passion for dance since the age of eight and danced throughout college at The University of Florida. Her favorite styles of dance are jazz and hip hop. Callie immediately fell in love with Xtend Barre classes as soon as she began taking them. She loved the combination of ballet and Pilates elements found throughout each class and knew she had to become an instructor so she could share her love of movement and fitness. In her spare time, Callie films fun, creative dance videos for her Instagram and social media pages. Xtend Barre has helped to transform Callie’s life and body and she can’t wait to share her story with you in person!
Kyrie Lloyd
Kyrie began her dance training in Philadelphia, PA where she studied classical ballet and modern dance. Kyrie attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where she earned a degree in dance and had the opportunity to study under Demetrius Klein of Demetrius Klein Dance Company, Jin Young Lee, NYCB dancer, and Eileen Hebron, ABT dancer. Since graduating, she has been teaching various styles of dance and fitness conditioning classes and performing for various South Florida dance companies. She has also worked with MUSE Theater Company and has performed works such as CHICAGO and A Chorus Line. Kyrie is excited to share her love and passion for all things dance and fitness as an instructor at Xtend!
Louis Scriven
Louis was born in Brooklyn and raised in Bergen County, NJ. He got stated in the group fitness industry over 8 years ago teaching while in college. As a Pilates enthusiast, he then got his Pilates mat and apparatus certifications. Louis became Xtend certified in 2015 and taught in New Jersey until moving to South Florida to work at the Boca studio.
Louis ensures that each class is more entertaining than the last through making clients laugh throughout the workout while leading an intense and challenging experience. Louis takes pride in teaching and is ready to help you take your workouts to the next level.
Ali Milloy
Ali has been teaching at Xtend Barre Boca since July 2017. After a knee injury ended her running career at the end of 2015, she needed a better and more exciting alternative to the gym. She discovered Xtend Barre in March 2016 and immediately fell in love with the challenging cardio workouts coupled with the lengthening and toning elements of ballet and Pilates; the results that followed got her hooked. Her decision to become an instructor was easy, even without having a dance background or prior experience as a fitness instructor. Ali likes to challenge and motivate her clients of all fitness levels to always go the extra mile, even when they feel like they can’t give another inch. She lives in Boca with her 2 cats and works in e-commerce at a local Fortune 250 company.
Frank Vomero
Born and raised in Miami, Frank returns to sunny South Florida after having spent several years training, working and performing as both a dancer and fitness professional in NYC. Bringing discipline, musicality and good vibes into the studio you can expect strong beats with even stronger movements, all while practicing proper form, power and endurance from the moment you hit the studio! You can now catch him on the bike, in the barre studio or on stage here in South Florida. @frank_vomero
