50 minutes of high intensity drills using the sculpting Xtend Barre repertoire to combine, precision, form, strength and cardio.
This hour and 15 minute class is your regular XTEND BARRE class with extra time to focus on increasing mobility and flexibility. At the end of your regular workout and using a variety of props, stretches and held poses we encourage you to lengthen your tired and sore muscles and Xtend your limits.
Xtend Pilate takes your regular pilates mat class to the next level. A dynamic Pilates flow workout set to upbeat music. The class follows a classical Pilates mat structure with an Xtend Barre twist, increasing the intensity of this floor barre workout. Be prepared to strengthen, lengthen, sculpt and sweat in this class.
